This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including vendors, and to consignors whose information is entered by the store administrator. The Platform is not publicly accessible — access is granted by the administrator only.

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, username, and hashed password for vendor accounts.
• Financial information: Sales records, payout amounts, commission rates, monthly rent, and payment method preferences (check, PayPal, cash, Venmo). We do not collect or store payment card numbers.
• Inventory information: Item descriptions, prices, intake dates, and sale records associated with your seller account.
• Tax information: Payout totals used for annual 1099 reporting as required by the IRS.
• Communications: Email addresses used to send sale notifications and monthly statements.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your seller account and inventory records
• To calculate and process monthly payouts and reconciliations
• To send sale notifications and monthly statements
• To generate annual 1099 tax reports as required by law
• To maintain sales tax records for state filing purposes
• To administer vendor booth rentals and membership benefits

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• Legal compliance: We may disclose information as required by law, including IRS reporting obligations (Form 1099).
• Service providers: We use email service providers to deliver notifications and statements. These providers process your email address solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain financial and sales records for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with IRS recordkeeping guidelines. Account information for inactive sellers may be retained for the same period for tax compliance purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including password hashing, secure database storage, and access controls. Only the store administrator and authorized vendor account holders can access their respective records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Please note that some records may be retained as required by law even after a deletion request.

8. Children's Privacy

This Platform is intended for use by adults operating as vendors or consignors. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
